Realistic Drawing is an eight-week class geared for younger children whose favorite activity is drawing. Cathie Fithian also teaches private lessons and drawing classes to our older students on Tuesdays only at the Linden Tree.

These classes are paced to the learning speed of each child. Whenever a student develops a good grasp of line and shape, they will then learn how to add tone and shading to create a three-dimensional effect; likewise, whenever a student develops a good grasp of shading and tone, s/he will learn color layering, and so on. Additional eight-week sessions are offered during the year so that students who begin class now will have an opportunity to continue to build their skills and progress into more difficult exercises. The class will feature a supportive, non-critical environment, always stressing a "can-do" attitude, positive reinforcement and self-esteem.

The Fall Session, classes are offered Tuesday evenings from 4:30 - 5:30 and 5:30 - 6:30 p.m. Classes will meet ____ through _____. An additional class for "make-ups" will be given on ____ at no extra charge.
